- Played football at Muhlenberg College (Division 1-AA at the time)
- Played professional football in the Atlantic Coast Football League with the Harrisburg Capitals in 1964 and 1965

Cliff Reigner (1960-62; player)
- Boyertown Class of 1963
- Played offensive guard and defensive tackle from 1960-1962
- Anchored both lines for the 1962 Ches-Mont championship team
- Named All Berks and All Ches-Mont teams in both junior and senior years
- Named All State Regional team as a senior in 1962
- Named to Reading Eagle Team of the 1960s
- Ran track for Boyertown (quarter mile and 800 meter) and broke the Berks County record for the 800 (1:58:09)

- Player half back and safety from 1949 to 1951
- Also participated in track (110 meter low hurdles and broad jump)
- Still holds Boyertown record for 110 meter low hurdles
- Still holds broad jump record (23'1") at Juniata College
- Inducted into Juniata College Sports Hall of Fame

- Best Boyertown Football memory: Senior year when team started 6-0 in the Schuylkill Valley League ( eventaully lost last 3 games); Duke wanted to thank all of his teammates because football is not a one-man game - it takes a team to win
