Robert Fleming (1940-53; coach)
- McClure HS class of 1930 (Synder County in PA)
- Played 3 sports in high school (soccer, basketball, and baseball)
- Attended Juniata College and played varsity football and was a sprinter in track
- Became second head football coach at Boyertown in 1940, coaching until 1953
- Coached baseball at Boyertown in 1942 and 1943
- Served as a member of the Boyertown School Board for 24 years
- Past President of the Boyertown Lions Club and was voted Man of the Year in 1976
- Elected to the Pennsylvania Sports Hall of Fame in 1995

> Taught for 4 years at North Coventry before coming to Boyertown to teach physics and chemistry

Bob Hillegas (1960-62; player; 1972-94; coach)
- Boyertown Class of 1963
- Co-captain of the 1962 Ches-Mont Championship team
- 3-year starter and All Ches Mont and All Berks for defense in 1962
- Played collegiately at Kutztown University and was a team captain as a senior
- Elected to the Kutztown Sports Hall of Fame
- Assistant Coach for Boyertown from 1972 to 1982
- Head coach for Boyertown from 1987 to 1994
- Coached 1989 and 1991 teams that were named number 1 in the area

- Best Boyertown Football memory: Winning the Chest-Mont Championship on Thanksgiving Day in 1962 as a player; Beating state ranked Downingtown in 1991 and beating undefeated PAC-10 champ Owen J. Roberts in 1989 as a coach
Sean Irey (1987-89; player)

- Played running back and defensive back from 1987 to 1989 as a 3-year starter
- Team captain as a senior in 1989
- 1989 Pottstown mercury Player of the Year
- Holds Berks County single season record for touchdowns
- 4-year starter of UCONN baseball team and captain as a senior

> Currently as assistant baseball coach at DeSales University
- Best Boyertown Football memory: Coming back from a 19-8 deficit in 1989 to beat undefeated Owen J. Roberts (PAC-10 champs)
Bob Mitch (1969-71; player)
- Boyertown Class of 1972
- Played quarterback and linebacker in 1971
- Leading scorer in the Ches-Mont as senior in 1971
- Named to the Ches-Mont All Quarter Century team
- Named to All Ches-Mont football team as a junior and senior, as well as the basketball and baseball teams as a senior
- Played collegiately at Syracuse University (2 years as safety and 2 years as quarterback)
- Selected as the ABC TV player of the week as a senior for his performance in a game against Michigan State
- Personal:
> Graduated from Syracuse University in 1976 with a degree in Education
> Lives in Virginia with his wife of 27 years Janet. They have three children, Ryan (freshman QB at maryland), Brittany (basketball player at Duke), and Connor

Harvey Pennypacker (1989-91; player)
- Boyertown Class of 1992
- Played on the offensive and defensive lines as a 3-year starter
- All Berks and All Area pick for 2 years (1990 and 1991)
- All State for Defense as a junior and for offense as a senior
- Big 33 selection as a senior
- 3-years starter and 4-year letter winner at Syracuse University
- All Big East as a junior and senior at Syracuse
- Voted top offensive lineman as a senior at Syracuse
- Played center at Syracuse where he snapped to Donovan McNabb
- Personal:

- Best Boyertown Football Memory: Beating Downingtown when they were ranked number 4 in the state and blocking for David Dykie on the first play of the game he ran for a 78-yard TD
Brian Roth (1975-77; player)
- Boyertown Class of 1978
- Played tailback from 1975 to 1977
- Member of the 1977 Ches-Mont championship team
- Had one of the greatest seasons ever at Boyertown in 1977 (scored 132 points rushing for 1,810 yards)
- Named All Ches-Mont in 1976 and 1977, All Berks, All State Honorable Mention, All City Suburban First Team, and Montgomery County Outstanding Scholar Football Player in 1977
- Also member of the track team while at Boyertown
- Played collegiately for 2 years at West Chester University
- Personal:
> Graduated from West Chester University in 1982 with a degree in Criminal Justice
> Lives in Gilbertsville with his wife of 20 years Laurene, with two daughters, Jillian and Olivia
- Best Boyertown Football memory: Beating Coatesville at home on a very cold and rainy night when everyone said the Bears had no shot to win
Randy Wynings (1965-67; player)
- Boyertown Class of 1968
- 3-year starter for Boyertown
- All Berks and All Ches-Mont for 3 years on both offense and defense
- Played collegiately at West Chester University, where he was the offensive MVP as a senior in 1972
- Still holds the West Chester record for the longest TD run, 96 yards
- Named as an honorable mention for the greatest football player of the last 50 years in 2000 by the Reading Eagle
- Personal:
> Graduated from West Chester University with a degree in Health and Physical Education
> Lives in Boyertown with his wife of 34 years Linda. They have two children, Tracy and Randy (also a standout running back for Boyertown)
