The Bears went to Greaterford on Friday night to take on Perk Valley who won the game 42-7.
The Vikings took the opening drive 13 plays for 66 yards and 7 minutes Carter McCabe scored from a yard out which was one of three scores the Vikings put on the board to take a 21-0 first quarter lead. The other scores a 9-yard Colin Sturgis run and McCabe with his second one of the night a 35-yard run. Julian Cororopolese added all three extra points to close out the first quarter.
The Vikings expanded the lead as they scored twice to start the second quarter on two touchdown passes from Patrick MacDonald one for 58 yards to Will Stein and one for 13 yards to John Boyd. Corropolese added two more extra points to make it 35-0.
Boyertown closed out the scoring in the first half on a Michael Boorse 56 yard run at the 1:45 mark of the second quarter, Gavin Royce added the extra point nd the half closed out with a score of 35-7.
perkiomen Valley closed out the scoring with about 2 minutes left in the third quarter as Carter McCabe scored his third touchdown of the night the extra point was successful in making the final score 42-7.
