The Bears traveled to Exeter on Friday night for the 15th meeting between the two schools. 

 

Exeter received the opening kickoff and the Bears defense held their ground after an initial first down the Bears forced the Eagles to punt. 

 

After the punt, the Bears went on an 11-play drive, including 3 first downs, a fourth and one conversion. 

 

Exeter then went on to score the next 35 points getting a touchdown from Jayden Zandler on a 65-yard run at the 5:31 mark of the first quarter which made it 7-0 after a Robbie Gatson kick. 

 

The second quarter featured touchdowns by Genuine Stutzman (1-yard run), Jayden Zandler (37-yard run, and a 19-yard pass reception from Riley Martinez), and Justin Prizer (19-yard run). Robbie Gatson added all four extra points. 

 

The Bears finally got on the board just as the half expired with a 25-yard run by Michael Boorse with a Nicholas Morgan kick to make it 35-7 at the end of the first half. 

 

Exeter scored two more second-half touchdowns as Zandler added his 4th touchdown of the night on a 67-yard run and a Leo Brown 1-yard run. 

 

Jayden Zander who scored 4 touchdowns and orushed for 219 yards and caught 3 passes for 46 yards.
