Q: WHAT HAS BEEN THE MOST MEMORABLE MOMENT IN YOUR ATHLETIC CAREER

When I look back at my playing career, most of the memories I have make me think of my teammates. I met some many great people and had the privilege of playing with them. These people were the groomsmen in my wedding. Any individual success that is made on the football field is because of the work the whole team.

Q: WHAT HAS BEEN THE MOST MEMORABLE MOMENT IN YOUR COACHING CAREER

At Mifflin, we had a lot of success and played in a lot of big games. The Mifflin/Wilson rivalry was special to me because I played in it and coached in it. We won a bunch of games and went deep into the playoffs.

At Muhleberg, we were able to win some games because our players believed they could win when nobody else believed it. We had a couple great last minute victories. We beat Reading for the Battle of the Border trophy.

I really feel that my best moments are ahead of me at Boyertown. I look forward to working hard and building success for this program.

Q:  WHAT APPEALED TO YOU ABOUT THE BOYERTOWN HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL COACHING JOB.

I played against Boyertown and remember Boyertown as having good hard hitting football players. Boyertown has had great success in other sports. The community support for this school is phenomenal. When I saw Boyertown was searching for a head coach, it was a no brainer to apply.

I want to have a great relationship with the youth program and assist them in building our program from the ground up.
